Incorrect Location

Our profile states that we are from Kiribati but instead are from Canada. We cannot change this even after we go into the account settings – this option cannot be found in any of the settings on the account. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated. Please change the location from Kiribati to Canada.

To answer your question: this could happen for several reasons (eg the use of some proxy) and you need to open a ticket with Customer Support and ask them to change your location.
