Initial Contact about Order - No Response to Questions

Last week, I was contacted about developing an instruction page. I checked the message, did not respond right away, then responded with a couple of questions about an hour later. I did not receive a response to my questions.

Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, how did you handle it, and did you learn anything?

Yeah, that happens, maybe they asked a few sellers and someone else replied sooner so they went with them. Don’t worry, it’s very common. But maybe next time reply as soon as you can, so you can be sure there wasn’t anything else you could have done.

I guess late reply. Always reply on time. It’s like coming to your store to inquire about your services. I come in and ask you a question, but you didn’t give me an answer. I would simply move to the next store because you are not the only one selling. May be they needed an expedited service.
