Hi if I get someone to produce a graphic and script for a design project, what IP do I have, if any?

The buyer should have full IP unless you state differently very clearly.

I think this has been abused and attracts negative feedback often on Fiverr.



If you are watermarking or are not giving full rights use, you should state that in your title.

Like “I will provide a logo with a watermark for $5”. Or I will provide graphics with limited use rights for $5.00.



It should be that clear in your offer or you are just asking for trouble through the process. You don’t ever want to be in a “bait and switch” scenario.



I believe there is a paragraph in the TOS that explains use rights clearly.
