Intro Video Not in Sync

Greetings Everyone,

My intro video has been rejected because they are not in sync.

When I checked it out, the video appears to be okay.

Whom and how can I make an appeal to? Is there like an instant chatbot around here?

There isn’t chatbot feature here, but you can submit a ticket to Customer Support and explain your issue.
