Introducing AND CO from Fiverr

At Fiverr, we put doers first. When you work for yourself as a freelancer, you’re not only the CEO, but the CMO, the CFO, the social media manager, 24/7 customer service, home-office custodian…you get the picture. You need a platform that can do it all. A place to tackle the sales and the administrative operations. Online, Fiverr has you covered, but what about offline? Who has your back there? Well, starting today, we do. We’re thrilled to announce our acquisition of AND CO, a freelancing software engineered to help you run your offline business from proposal to payment. Now called AND CO from Fiverr, this SaaS application helps freelancers make more money by taking the friction out of freelancing. It manages tasks, tracks time, sends out invoices, and accepts payments, all on one platform. So you can focus on why you started your business in the first place—to create.

And what’s more fun than creating? Not having to pay for the not-so-fun stuff you’d rather outsource. So, as part of the acquisition, AND CO’s previously paid premium SaaS offerings will be available at no cost - starting today. Yes. You read that correctly. Whether you freelance on or offline you can gain efficiency, organization and opportunity, for nothing. Nada. Zero dollars. Here’s what our CEO Micha has to say about it:

“We built Fiverr to help people live the freelancing lifestyle. That’s why we’ve always sought to provide every freelancer with the opportunity to succeed. As a marketplace, Fiverr has built all the tools necessary to conduct your business as a freelancer. This includes everything from efficiently creating invoices and receiving payments to managing one’s time and projects. But even still today, 97 percent of freelancing is done offline, and we believe those freelancers should also enjoy access to these premium tools, and it shouldn’t have a cost associated with it. Adding AND CO to the Fiverr family is another step in realizing that vision and making a meaningful difference in the lives of freelancers building businesses online and offline. We’re eager to get to work building more of the products and solutions that help entrepreneurs and freelancers effectively collaborate and do more.”

Welcoming AND CO to our family is the next big step in our ongoing mission to change the future of work. And unsurprisingly, like Fiverr, AND CO has humble beginnings. Founded in 2015 in New York City by Leif Abraham and Martin Strutz, AND CO has grown its community of freelancers by building a platform that enables people to focus on the work they love most. Leif and Martin worked to solve many of the problems that plague the modern freelancer: time tracking; invoicing; payments; contract creation; task management; and income and expense tracking. All of the administrative stuff that takes time away from you doing the things you love.

“Having the opportunity to join the Fiverr team is an extension of AND CO’s original mission of enabling people to focus on the work they love most,” said Leif Abraham, AND CO CEO and co-founder. “This new chapter is a chance to globally scale AND CO and bring more freelancers from the offline world to the online one, something that could only be accomplished the help of a market leader and massive community like Fiverr.”

So, here’s our first step in achieving our Year of Do goals: providing our community with the incredible AND CO tools to help them do more, for free. Now there’s nothing holding you back. Ready to get started? Check out the video below and learn more about AND CO and their wealth of entrepreneurial resources here. And, stay tuned as we add and develop additional resources to continue making frictionless freelancing a reality for doers around the globe.

Just got a Notification about AND CO, but no idea whats this. Can anyone Explain?

I have no idea what this thing is! and why it is better than paypal or other ways?
Are you sure it is for free? nothing for free these days!

@mjensen415 is it safe to assume that we will gradually see some of and co’s tools work their way into our fiverr dashboard?

Hi @marleen_seo -> “Free Invoicing, Contracts, and Payments for Freelancers and Studios.”

Check out the site. Lots of great info there:

It’s a platform to manage your projects/tasks, create invoices for your clients, track your time working on projects, etc.

Best thing: it’s really free!

I love it! Been expecting this for a long time! Thank you @mjensen415 , this made my day!

Here’s the website, and here’s Fiverr’s blog post,

Its an all in one solution for invoicing, keeping track of your time and expenses. I believe it also lets you send contracts to clients. I have used it briefly mostly to mange and keep track of my hours on each project and payments.
But it would be interesting to see how Fiverr integrates their invoicing on the site. If they ever do that

Short answer - Yes, free!

Standard FAQ answer: By teaming up with the services we offer, you’ll receive access to all of AND CO’s awesome features with the bonus of Fiverr’s global marketplace that includes 150+ services to take your business to the next level!

I’d love it if some of these tools would be integrated on Fiverr, like a system to create/send invoices that’s connected with behind the scenes, switching projects, etc.

Yay, it even has a mobile app! Best way to track my time!

Will there be a way to invoice clients directly for the projects here on fiverr?

Yes, this is very exciting news! :grinning:

You have the best explainer video creators here on fiverr. I think you need to do one for this platform, coz a lot of people hate reading, including me :stuck_out_tongue:
Seems good stuff though!

Exactly. Also the integration can help the clients as well to see how much work the seller got done through the time tracker records.

I think this is FABULOUS! Anything to make my life easier on this platform is very much appreciated. :sunglasses:

Although this is great and all. It raises a lot of questions (at least for me). It’d seemingly be a great acquisition but as most sellers know, reaching out to clients externally is against the ToS. Are we now able to bring clients from Fiverr on over to AND CO? Or will the two merge later on? Fiverr’s sometimes pretty vague, either way I’m reluctant to try it out at least until others on the platform have first.

This is just a hunch but I think fiverr might introduce hourly gigs later on? That would be interesting to see.

Great Initiative. My question is: Can we track all conversations, order tacking, funds withdrawal from AND CO?

This will no doubt bring new buyers to the platform. It really seems to be win-win for sellers and ingenious.
