Irate Customer!

I have a customer who has purchased three gigs from me 2 days ago, they were to post reviews for her, two reviews each gig. I completed her request brilliantly and received rave reviews from her. On the site where the reviews are posted, she also indicated that they were helpful, which means that she was able to view each review and also interact with them.



She recently purchased another gig for two reviews and like before I posted the reviews that she ordered however, this time, she claims that she cannot view the reviews even the ones from the past. I have continuously checked back and forth, each review, and I myself can view them with no problem. I told her this and she stated that my computer probably recognizes the cookies and pulls up the site from its past history in my computer (if that makes any sense at all). Upon reading that, I deleted all history in my computer and was still able to view each (8 total) reviews. I even sent her screen shots of each review individually which includes the date and time in the bottom right hand corner (like any computer does) and she is still not satisfied. So I’m asking you guys, my general public, what should I do about this damn lady???

That’s strange. Why did she say that they were helpful and post a great review when she could not read them? I could always take a look at the site and see if I can see them - if you’d like. If I can, then I suggest you tell her that it’s working on everyone else’s end and must be an issue at her end. However she shouldn’t worry too much, as everyone else can still see it.

Reply to @celinedesigns: I think she’s claiming she cannot see the reviews now but could see them before. Maybe hinting that the seller removed them. This is strange, especially with a screen shot.



Maybe if the buyer changed her browser and looked again? I’m not sure though as it makes no sense for the reviews to appear/dissappear. Nor have I ever heard of cookies being the reason certain items appear.

You can’t do anything about it. You are not supposed to be posting reviews on external websites as part of a gig. It is against the rules of Fiverr. If you complain to customer support then your gig will be removed.

In my last exchange with her I explained the great lengths to which I went through to make sure that all reviews were posted and that there was nothing else I could do. She responded with “VERY STRANGE INDEED” and marked the order complete. Then reviewed me as “OK”. So I’m guessing that nightmare is over.

Indeed, but you may want to rethink your gig if it means placing reviews on external websites. If you are caught then it could lead to losing your level :)
