I’ve had a few buyers that were affected by Irma, and they asked me to be patient, and extend the delivery if possible until they get to a safe place.

Instead of ranting/moaning, you could have wished them a speedy and safe recovery. Even if you think, that your sales were dropped, because of Irma, it is not something to be sad about. People will recover and your orders would start flowing once again.
