Someone told me his account is banned for blank delivery.
Is blank delivery is prohibited by Fiverr. Anyone know the

Can you delivery an order without an attachment? Sure you can.

As long as you delivery what you were supposed to deliver you’ll be OK.

When delivering, you have to provide either the files you’ve made (if that’s your deliverable), or the proof that you have delivered the service as agreed.

If your service doesn’t include delivering any files, but you wish to be safe, you can create a document explaining exactly what you’ve done, and attach it when you hit the Deliver Now button.

As far as I know it’s a good practice to attach image/file related to your work!

The terms of service say:

• Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the Deliver Work button (located on the Order page) according to the service that was purchased and advertised on their Gig.
• Using the Deliver Work button may not be abused by Sellers to circumvent Order guidelines described in this Terms of Service. Using the “Deliver Work” button when an order was not fulfilled may result in a cancellation of that order after review, affect the seller’s rating and result in a warning to seller.

So putting a completely blank delivery or saying something like “I’ll do it later” in the “deliver work” box and not actually delivering what was ordered (in whatever way, eg. either as an attachment or link or whatever) when pressing the “deliver” button would be against the terms of service and could get you a warning/your account in trouble.

Like others have said and the terms of service says you should deliver some proof of work (eg. as an attachment) or the actual work.

If you worked virtually for your buyer so there is nothing to deliver as any file, so maybe it’s called blank delivery. But the site always recommends attaching an image file that for your portfolio. I don’t know this type blank delivery is harmful to the account but if you attach any file so it will be good for you, there is no doubt.

@wordpressdony In that case, your communication with the buyer on the order page can be the best proof that you have successfully delivered/provided the service. You can get the buyer’s consent on the order page itself to mark the order as delivered.

But you should still put something in the deliver work box to prove or help provide proof of what you did, even if you can’t attach the actual work. Maybe either a document describing what was done (like said above) or maybe screenshot(s) or something if applicable.
