Is canceled orders can leave bad feedback?


I have a bad feedback from client who cancel the order,

I do not know why if someone cancels an order leave bad feedback, this one was from 2 years ago.


If they mutually cancel the order they can’t leave feedback and their money gets refunded. Unless you were late delivering and they cancelled because of this?

However, if they’ve left new negative feedback from an order placed 2 years ago, get in touch with the buyer and Customer Support :slight_smile:


kymmypops is right. If the order really was completed 2yrs ago & they are just now leaving neg feedback, fiverr cs should be able to help.
