Is credit card billing working?

I’m ready to buy, but all cards declined, bank says it is FIVERR buying, then refunding the purchase. I put a help desk ticket in, but now need to wait 1-2 days for a response. If anyone else had this trouble help?

I haven’t ran into this issue yet, though I’m new and haven’t made a purchase. Though I submitted a ticket on not being able to confirm my number and they had very fast and excellent reply times. Told me to use google chrome and it, well, practically fixed it all! I hope you find a solution and sorry a hundred times I can’t offer a concrete one.
