Hi all! I was just curious if Customer Support is really behind or something. I sent in a request yesterday morning and got the usual reply that they were experiencing a high volume of support ticket requests etc. Well my ticket has still not been answered and it is still open in the “My Activities” section. Anyone else have any issue with getting an answer from them? Thanks!
They sent out an email the other day saying as much.
Okay. Thanks! I didn’t get the email they sent out but figured this was quite unusual. I will continue to be patient.
Yep, the one thing they did ask is for folk not to duplicate tickets… So thanks for being a great Fiverr community member.
