Is it at all possible to withdraw/amend Feedback after 3 days?

I am as much to blame as the seller; I closed off a job and rated it when it wasn’t completed as he’d done work for me in the past and I thought he would come through on his promise to finish the work.

He hasn’t done so and has just sent me a mish-mash of the initial info I sent to him. I am tired of trying to reason with this seller and just want out, but I feel his behaviour is down to the fact that the job is closed and he has his feedback. I want that feedback edited and if possible, I’d even like the gig cancelled and refunded! X( X( X(

Is there any way I can get this to happen? I have sent a message to the helpdesk, but no response after 36 hours.

I think that’s all you can do is contact Customer Support. Best of luck in getting it worked out.

You can send a follow up ticket to the first request you gave to Customer Support.
