Is it OK to send buyers a post-gig survey

As part of my efforts to improve the service provided, i thought of creating a short survey that i can share with buyers after delivering my work to them.

The survey will include a few questions about their satisfaction, request for feedback or comments on how to improve my offerings, and possibly a few marketing messages, informing them about my other related tasks that they could find useful.

Is this something that is forbidden by the usage terms on Fiverr? has anyone done such a thing ?

I’ve heard others do this, but they would only offer the survey as part of the gig delivery, not after delivery and definitely not via inbox.
