I sent one of my customers a custom offer the other day, and I just realized today that I selected the wrong gig in the offer. Is there any way I could change it to a different one? It’s not really a big deal or anything, but I would just like the final delivery to show up in the gallery section of the correct gig. Thanks.
Once the order is placed, there’s no way to change the gig.
You could cancel the order and then start a new order with the correct gig! However, canceling an order can affect your order completion rate.
You could try contacting CS and maybe they’ll be able to change the gig.
