Is it true that a cancelled order becomes an automatic negative feedback?

Just had this experience from a buyer who is also a seller in Fiverr.

We had a very good conversation about the design and I was very clear since the beginning about the expected delivery date of 3-4 days. So we managed to agree on the price and so I sent a custom offer. Now what the buyer did was somehow confusing and funny … He/She managed to accept the offer but requested a cancellation on the instructions. LOL. All because of the delivery time.

He/She could have rejected the offer right? I’m not sure about the process because I haven’t tried cancelling a custom offer from a buyers perspective.

So I went ahead and cancelled the order anyway but will this be an automatic negative feedback on us sellers?
