Is my inbox just buggy?

I really don’t like this new inbox. It’s not because it is an eyesore to behold like the new dashboard. It just doesn’t seem to work consistently day to day.

One day I have to manually choose whether to send a message or start a new line when pressing enter. A few days later my preferences somehow get saved. Now today I’m finding that I can’t respond to what seems like the second message a potential buyer sends. - I can send an offer or edit and send a quick response, but I can’t actually reply otherwise.

Is this my inbox just buggy or is this how it is supposed to work?

It seems to be a bug issue.
When it first came out, I set some personal preferences and they have remained in place until today.

If you’ve already done the basic troubleshooting (cache, browser etc) I’d suggest shooting support a message.
