Is support receiving any questions?


I have sent three messages to support, but each time I do so, I receive no confirmation. Page just jumps back to the order page and I can’t see anything about a ticket having been opened. Nor do I receive an email about it. Nothing.

Is support in fact receiving these messages?

All I want to do is change the feedback left to a seller. When I click “resolution center” I am given a link to do exactly that, but when I click it, I arrive at the area where I originally left my feedback, but with no option to edit it.

So I wrote support instead, but , as said, I receive no confirmation.
