Is "support request" really working?

Recently, I had been cheated by a programmer in fiverr. Then, I submitted a support request and explained everything in the request.
Unfortunately, I don’t think the customer support understands or care to understand the issue. She just asked for things that I already explained. I tried to call her to make sure she really understand, but can’t find any contact number.
I tried to explain to her and hope that she cares to understand this time.
I feel helpless in this situation, because:

  • No contact number to call
  • If the customer support is not keen, it even takes forever to resolve the matter by repeating the question over and over until I give up
  • I don’t have the confident that the customer support is doing her job

Do you guys have any suggestion?
