Is support working during COVID?

Pretty self explanatory title, but has anyone opened a ticket in the last few days? And if so did you have to wait more than usual?

I have an urgent ticket opened for about 36 hours now, and I’d guess they’re short staffed, but it hasn’t even been assigned to a support agent yet.

I think some people did mention on the forum latest support replies.
However I’m still waiting 24+ hours an answer on my ticket. I wasn’t worried as they still have time to reply within their timeframes.
But it does look like they are shot with staff right now.
