Is the Fiverr revenue card a good option to withdraw the income?

I need someone to help me, I’m telling you…

More than 2 years ago (with my first order) I withdrew my funds through Payoneer, it was less than $30. Then they told me that I needed more than $30 to withdraw, plus that by then the commission was $15 (I didn’t know that either) and I had very little money left compared to what I had earned, after all, my money is still in the account and I don’t know how to get it out. That’s why I didn’t want to withdraw it anymore, so I’ve been doing it all this time through PayPal.

Now I need to buy through Aliexpress but they don’t accept PayPal as a payment method, only credit/debit cards, so I reminded myself of the card that Fiverr along with Payoneer offers us.

I would like to know if there is any kind of commission when transferring from Fiverr to Payoneer or Fiverr pays them as with PayPal and if by transaction or by placing the money on the card I will need to pay any kind of commission.
