Is the notification system not working?

I received a few orders but they don’t appear in the notification system, despite receiving the order email.

My inbox works fine, but the orders don’t appear in the Notification area, as they should. This issue seems to appear on desktop and mobile.

I got an order a few hours ago, and the notification was there.

Notifications and the messaging system are down or at least there’s about a 30-minute delay.
Third time this month!

I got an order a few hours ago, and the notification was there.

It was down for half an hour or so, now it’s back up
