Is there a bug on the rating system or something?

Hi there.

I’ve been wondering if somebody has the same issues as I’ve been having lately with the rating system… My rating has been going down, despite I have barely had orders this last two months… In fact, among the few orders that I’ve had, the ones that have given me their feedback gave me a 5 stars review…

I started 2020 with 4.8, and now I’m in 4.4 and I’ve demoted to no level 😦 :,( for example, this week I was in 4.6, and after 2 orders rated in 5, today I woke up with a 4.4 rating

Is somebody else having the same issue? What should I do?

It’s based on a 60 day cycle. Orders older than 60 days no longer effect you rating. You have more orders transitioning into 60+ days then new orders coming in.

Hard to explain, hopefully someone else can do a better job.
