Is there a penalty for mutually cancelling an order as a seller?


Despite very clearly stating in my description (and again in the gig requirements area) to contact me before ordering, some buyers still go ahead and do so. As a result, I have to end up issuing a mutual cancellation.

I’m wondering if cancelling an order through mutual cancellation negatively affects my gig in any way. Similarly, as long as a buyer does not complain, does a late delivered order have any negative impacts as well?

I understand that there are some other threads asking this same question, but they are several years old so I wanted up-to-date information.
