Is there a way to contact a buyer after an order is cancelled?

I had a buyer who accepted a custom offer by mistake as they were trying to send me a message so I went ahead and canceled it for them. Several minutes later they wrote on the order/updated the order not to cancel it and gave details they were trying to put in the initial message. So now they want the order but I’ve already cancelled it and can’t find a way to communicate with them. Is this just a lost cause at this point?

It works for me. It will work only if buyer has ordered your gig or custom offer at least once.
