Is there a way to contact Fiverr and activate my messaging again?

By mistake we added our email in one of the messages we sent to the seller and Fiverr blocked our messaging. When we open our profile it says “click here to contact Fiverr support” but it redirects to the forum. Does anyone know how should we proceed to activate it again?
