I’m more familiar with using Google Drive. I make sure I use a link that is share-only, and I always include a line in the delivery message of “this will be available on the drive for two weeks (14 days)” so I can pull it later and keep my drive tidy.
I have never used google drive and when I use dropbox I only share with my hubby as we work together. However, I have seen many suggestions on the Forum to use dropbox.
