Is there some thing upgraded?

Today I didn’t sent any offer to my buyer request, but it shows “zero offer left today” is there any policy upgraded for this regards?

Same problem.
last night i sent a req after that i have no offer left

It is come to my knowledge that fiverr team is working on it, so it means there is some trouble which will be resolved soon.
