Is This A Fiverr Error/Bug?

How come this will possible?
Some Sellers have delivered their last delivery 1,2 yrs back. But Still they will have the same Level Badge. As Fiverr Level Rules, Only last 60 days analytics will be considered. I have lost my level sometimes due to not reaching the requirement.
Is that a Bug or Error?

Please check the pics. (Sorry, If this is a violation of his privacy. I have hidden his username)
In those attached pics, His last delivery is 2 years back. But He still have Level 2 Badge. How come this possible?
Moreover He don’t even have any Gigs on his profile.

His stats never dropped under the requirements. He has zero gigs so no one is messaging them. Not hard to understand.

Because He haven’t

  • Maintained a 4.7 star rating over the course of 60 days
  • Doesn’t have 90% Order completion over the course of 60 days
  • Doesn’t have 90% On-time Delivery over the course of 60 days

Looks like in the 2nd screen grab the person is a Fiverr Pro?

And, how do you know his personal stuff? Do you have access to his dashboard?

Instead of worrying about someone else’s Gigs, take care of your own.

Maybe they paused their Gigs for a time because they are enjoying that beach behind them in the picture - they seem quite happy!

If they didn’t receive any orders in 60 days then they did indeed complete all there orders. Zero

What makes you think his stats are dropping? Just cuz he isn’t active and has no gigs?

It is as it was then and the last 60 days doesn’t apply.

Fiverr main site is filled with sellers that stopped using site. For this reason they do not have messages, orders or anything that can affect level ratings.

If you check logo maker most of the sellers there do not have gigs or never have sold anything in Fiverr except they have logo in logo maker.

If you stop all your activities on site your level will remain the same.

But Fiverr is stating that users that do not log in their accounts will be removed from search.
