Is this a phantom order?


I suspect this would be an issue to raise with CS, but I wanted to check first and ask if the message you get under ‘Manage Sales’ is there all the time or only when you are late delivering:

As you can see, I have no orders at the moment so therefore no late ones!

If this is a bug it has vastly affected my gigs - my late delivery rate is at 67% over 60 days, but I haven’t delivered late at all since I started selling again back in August!

It doesn’t help that I barely get any orders now and my gigs have gone down in search results by 10 pages over the past four months - I wonder if this bug could be to blame?


If that is true, contact Customer Support and tell them about it.
There isn’t anything much we/you can do about it then.
