Is this Fiverr’s Official Care account?

Here’s what they messaged us :

I am writing you in regards to feedback you provided in a recent customer satisfaction survey. Your comments are very important to us.

You wrote: “Lot of problems with file uploading. Please fix this bug.”.

Please note that the single file limit for source files is up to 100 MB. (total files can add up to 150 MB.).
If the file size do not exceed limitation you can try to clean your browser’s cache, clear your cookies for Fiverr.com, reload the page and try once again.

They’ave mentioned it’s official fiverr care account on the Support. But sometimes hackers make something similar like fiverr login and it leads to hacking your own account yourself.

Therefore we post it here to ensure ourselves from friendly members here on the forum.

Its official account, I also got personal message when I give my feedback during the order and they just update regarding the issue we faced during the order !
