All of the orders I received today did not have the required information, but a message instead saying it was left blank. Is this happening to everyone?

I got that issue before and recently it just said “body” and the buyer said they put in the required info, so I think their requirement box is getting a bittt buggy. Do note that you may have to check your box as “required” or it is possible for an individual to leave it blank.

For clarification, on my gigs there is an "optional" box next to the requirements/instructions.

I just went through and double-checked that "optional" was NOT selected on any of my gigs. I have to admit I get nervous every time I edit my gigs - what will the chain reaction be?

It would be nice if CS would let everyone know that they are working on fixing these issues.

Reply to @itsyourthing: Yeah, I actually wasn’t super awake when I wrote that. That is what I was referring to, thanks for clearing it up for anyone that may have been puzzled. haha

Reply to @freelancemm: Not a problem. :slight_smile: You may have noticed I said “on MY gigs” just in case it’s different on different accounts. With Fiverr wackiness who knows what applies to whom and when.
