I paid with my credit card and I got a message about payment issues. I checked my bank account and they took my money but I couldn’t continue making order (so there is no option to cancel order now). The seller didn’t recieve the money too. I messaged their customer service and they said I wasn’t charged for that (I was, I see it on my bank account) and I need to contact my bank. What should I do? Or what should I write in that message to my bank?
