As madmoo said, you need to do full order no matter if order has been completed and founds cleared. If buyer didnt respond in 10 days, that doesnt mean you are done with buyer. Maybe something happen to buyer and couldnt answer for 10 days. He paid extras and you need to do all the work he paid.
