Issue an order,buyer changing his mind again and again

Hi dear,
I always respect the rules and regulation. I have a bad experience with One of my buyer. He contacted with me to test my service(PowerPoint presentation) with a sample and I did this. then he replied as unhappy. but one day he placed an order with extra first without sending the entire doc file at the time of massaging. That’s why couldn’t deliver within the extra first time frame. But I gave him modification as he needed.(8 times)
The problem is that he always changed his mind. He didn’t give me instruction that he demands now. At last he wants to cancel the order
Please let me suggest what should I do.
