Issue with a seller

So I have contacted customer support twice already and have heard nothing about my order.



I purchased a bulk order from a seller. I didn’t realize they would be marked complete in 3 days. I know that with a bulk order it takes more time.



Anyways, they finished 2 projects out of the 8 projects I sent them. There is still no reply from the seller when I asked them to give an update on my order so I am pretty sure they just took my money and ran.



I would only like to be refunded for the projects that they have not completed. If they need to give me a refund with Fiverr credit, that is fine. I will simply order from another seller to have everything done. When does support normally reply?
