Issue with buyer


I have a coupon selling gig, the buyer has purchased a coupon from me, after I delivered and he is trying to cancel the order saying “I don’t like that web hosting company”… it should NOT be my fault! why you ordered my gig if you didn’t liked the company? … I have already delivered what I promised! … The order number is: fragglesrock

Yes, like arnevb said, try to reason with the buyer. Maybe you could offer a bonus of some sort just to make him happy and not cancel.

But, if you can’t make him happy, then just contact customer support for further advice. You may end up just having to cancel. If so, just do a mutual cancellation not a forced cancellation so that it does not affect your rating.
