brbaker
I’ve had two canceled orders, after the fact, in the past week.As I write press releases, this bothers me especially with canceled orders. What’s my recourse if the order is canceled, buyer refunded and the press release winds up being used anyway? US Copyright law allows me to sue, but what does Fiverr admin say? Also had one negative review recently. The negative review used the release and it has appeared in PR Web, a fact noted in my comments about that buyer.
rossonomous
The copyright scenario may be an issue.I’m pretty sure that when you agree to Fiverr’s terms of service, you agree that the work you give to people does not hold any copyright protection. I could be wrong, but it is something you would have to look into.If it was that easy to sue, then this site would not exist.
