Issue with Incoming and outgoing messages

Hi all, I’m new to Fiverr as a buyer. It seems the issue with incoming and outgoing messages is not a new thing! @mashas_studio I am trying to reply to your message but it’s not sending. If you read this could you please email me directly.

It could be that you are using words that are being autoflagged by the system, so your messages are going to trust and safety before actually going through. Buyers and sellers aren’t allowed to email each other, so please don’t request a seller to do that.

If you are having issues getting a message to a seller, fiverr customer service may be able to help you.
