Issue with ordering

I have a gig here, and I sent a custom offer to a client who informed me

that he gets this message : This merchant doesn’t accept non-instant bank payments. To continue with this purchase, please link a card to your PayPal account.



That shouldn`t happen, I accept payments in my paypal account.

Maybe I made a setting wrong, were do I go to fix it?
