Issue with payment (I'm a buyer)

Hi everybody,

I made a Fiverr account yesterday. I was able to successfuly pay for 2 gigs.
But when I tried again today for the third, it kept telling me that there’s an issue with my payment.

I tried again about 4 or 5 times.
I’m sure my card details are correct, the card is not expired and there are available funds for the transation.

Has anyone encountered this before?
Is there a limit set by Fiverr on the number of gigs you can buy per day or per week?

PS: I tried already on 2 separate computers, and cleared any browser cache, cookies, etc.

Try a different browser?

Not sure. You can try submitting a ticket at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new or send an email to support@fiverr.com. Though it might take a bit for them to get back to you.
