Issue with SPAM causing response rate to go down


So I get unsolicited messages on occasion from folks trying to recruit my services outside of Fiverr. When on a desktop I simply report them, but there seems to be no way to report them from the Fiverr mobile app. So in situations where I can’t get to my desktop within a day or two I get a hit on my response rate which seems very unfair. Now with the new system where our levels will be reviewed monthly I feel response rate is important. So Fiverr should add a way to report a message when working from the mobile app ASAP


Same experience. I e-mail to support. They ensure me they take necessary step and also said me response rate is a auto changeable. Don’t worry for this.
