Issues with buyer...please help


I’m having an issue with one of my buyers and was looking for some advice on what I should do.

The buyer ordered a welcome sequence, and I completed the gig days early, but they requested a revision a few days after I delivered. I would normally have no problem with revising the work, but in this case, the buyer was very unclear in their revision request and appears to be asking for a different type of email sequence than ordered.

I contacted the buyer immediately after they requested the revision, but they haven’t responded.

Now, the gig says that it’s late and I’m unable to make any revisions since I don’t know what they want to be revised. I really don’t want to have to write a whole new email sequence because they ordered the wrong gig and didn’t say anything until it was complete.

I’m not sure how I should continue from here. Any advice would be helpful.


You need to deliver something so do the best you can. Make a small change and deliver it with a note that they need to let you know what they want if they request a revision.
