Issues with Messages. Cannot view in app or desktop


My account is having severe issues right now. My messages are once again not showing on the Fiverr app or I am getting email notifications, but when I sign in to reply, I am unable to view the message. I’ve tried to manually fix this issue again since I am not getting any support help. This is why I am coming to the forum. Can someone send me a message on Fiverr so I can check if this has been resolved?

If I am unable to respond to these messages, I won’t be able to increase my star level (which was dropped down 2 levels while in the process of moving overseas). My evaluation period ends at midnight. HELP!
