Issues with New account and new gig

Hello, my friend opened a new account and then, he created the gig. The account is two weeks old and the gig is about a week old.
The issue is that, the gig does not show on Fiverr search page at all, even his username does not feature on the search page except you enter the website link directly…
What could be the cause?
