Issues with orders

Is anyone else having issues with submitting orders or specifically their buyer not being able to submit an order after accepting?

I have an order stuck in the awaiting details stage

Same here. The requirements section on the order page is missing and so far one buyer is requesting to cancel since the order won’t be able to start.

I am thinking to pause my gigs so I don’t have multiple orders that need to be cancelled.

I made a delivery, and although I could see it had been delivered, my buyer could not. It went through the second time I delivered it.

Here is what my buyer is seeing — that her order has missing details, namely the requirements which is not there, the place to fill them in, so the order won’t start.

So another severe bug. That could lead to someone getting a warning for empty delivery.

Its not there. Nothing is there. It’s now been 2.5 hours since she placed her order. She has never ordered on fiverr before. I have managed to keep her order and her appeased until tomorrow. CS seems to think I can go ahead with the order even though the order has no way to start and the CS person does not understand.

sigh I’m exhausted

 

I cant update my order when I click submit requirements it refreshes the page there is also no place to enter requirements at all.
