More often than before clients come to an agreement on what will be delivered and after I deliver it they come up with a lousy excuse to cancel the order. Some don`t even ask for modifications, other ask for completely new elements to be added.
If we agree on a a product or bundle and I put in the time to do it for you then you have to pay.
I`m starting to feel like these people do it on purpose - order then cancel so as to keep the work I did for free.
I bring this up almost every time it happens and I haven’t come to a good solution yet.
Perhaps I am being to nice and they feel like they can take advantage - The best thing I can do now is just cancel the order and issue a full refund in order to avoid the hustle.
What is the best way one can steer clear of this ?
