It Worked... A Review Change Resolution Really Worked!

I had a buyer leave a 4.4-star review. I know, terrible. End of the world stuff. I remembered about the idea to put a resolve in for the buyer to change the review.

I explained there is a known bug where sometimes the review gets messed up. I asked that if that was the case, to consider a review change. I explained I felt I meet the task with high-quality service. I asked if that was not the case, please message me on what I can do to improve.

Low and behold, the buyer responded by increasing the review to 5 stars.

It worked…!

Sweet! I’m sure some people will think it’s no big deal, but when you put your heart into something, you really feel deflated if you don’t get five stars. I’m glad for you. 🙂
