I had a buyer leave a 4.4-star review. I know, terrible. End of the world stuff. I remembered about the idea to put a resolve in for the buyer to change the review.
I explained there is a known bug where sometimes the review gets messed up. I asked that if that was the case, to consider a review change. I explained I felt I meet the task with high-quality service. I asked if that was not the case, please message me on what I can do to improve.
Low and behold, the buyer responded by increasing the review to 5 stars.
