It's been almost a month since my last order. What's happening?

It’s been almost a month since my last order and I have no idea why. I’ve lost some response rating because I didn’t answer some spammers. So far, it looks like I’m gonna lose my “level” since my response rate is below %90 now. The customer support, I’m fine, I should receive messages.

But the reality is I’m not getting any orders/messages at all. How am I supposed to fix my response rate and start receiving orders again?
