I've got a really bad experience with customer support

I just got an order canceled!
I delivered everything on time and perfectly made.
The buyer was asking for a few extra services and after sending a message, I was waiting for the customer to send me a response.
Then, Fiverr just cancelled my order with no reason.
I’m very disappointed with the unfair treatment Fiverr has with the workers.
Fiverr is always looking for having their buyers happy but they don’t care about their workers…


Check to see if you are still able to contact the buyer. If not, they have gotten their account suspended due to fraud activity or a paypal chargeback.


I cannot contact the buyer. When this happen is the seller that will always be affected?
It’s the 2nd time it happens. I just contacted customer service. But I don’t think it will work
