Just accepted my first cancellation

After my 100th review i’ve just had to accept my first cancellation. Buyer gave no feedback/direction, so was basically having to read their mind. Didn’t try and appeal as I assumed they would have just given me a bad review, so I chose a cancellation over a bad review.

How badly did a cancellation effect your sales?

It depends on how many sales you have normally, if you have regular clients who can lift you out of this cancellation etc. Obviously, if you cancel an order, Fiverr frowns on this and will perhaps not give your Gig as much exposure, and your stats do take a hit.

Do you have the REQUIREMENTS page filled out on your Gigs so that people have to answer certain criteria/questions before the order even begins? If not, you should go add that to your Gig so that you will not have this occurring again - as you mentioned, they gave you no feedback or direction on what they wanted you to do. The requirements page could help avoid this in the future.
